Turn off Link Guard in Norton Safe Web

Link Guard offers protection from unsafe hyperlinks when you access them in your web browsers. If Link Guard finds any suspicious URL's, it warns before you open the website or before sharing the URL with your family and friends

You can turn off Link Guard from the Norton Safe Web extension, but it is not recommended. Follow the steps to turn off Link Guard.

Turn off Link Guard

1. Launch your browser.

2. On the top-right corner of the browser, click the Norton Safe Web extension.
3. Click the Settings icon.

4. In the Settings page, under Link Guard, move the slider to disable Identify unsafe links in Webmail, Facebook, and Twitter.
