To ensure all our customers are protected, we are announcing the End of Life for several older versions of our apps on Windows. With the 22.x and previous versions being over 5 years old and no longer receiving the latest protection updates, we recommend upgrading Norton to the latest version to ensure continued protection. If you have a Windows computer running Norton version 22.x or earlier, we recommend upgrading to the latest version.
Follow the steps below to know the version of the Norton 360 app installed on your computer.
The steps below are applicable only to the older version of the Norton 360 app.
Open your Norton device security app.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
In the Norton app main window, click Help.
In the Help Center window, under General Information, click About.
If your Norton 360 app version is 22.x or earlier, and if your device is running on a supported Windows operating system, then you must upgrade your Norton 360 app to the latest version.
