As you may know, LifeLock and Norton were combined under one company in 2017 now representing a comprehensive portfolio of products and services across security, privacy, and identity and delivered through a unified experience. The two brands are now closer than ever as we transition to a shared common account and portal for an easy, one-stop experience. As a reflection of the powerful connection between the brands and the full benefits of Cyber Safety the company now provides to our members and customers, the LifeLock logo is transitioning to "LifeLock by Norton". The logo may look different, but members will receive the same protections they've always enjoyed from us. During this transition, there may be a period of time that both logos will be visible in different places.
The new sign-in page, member website, and mobile app reflect our singular goal to provide all-in-one protection across device security, online Privacy, and identity theft protection. As part of this unification, you will be prompted to accept the latest License and Services Agreement upon signing in for the first time.
Please visit your new member website here and sign in with the same login credentials. You may see a screen that asks you to choose an account to sign in if:
You have multiple accounts with the same username but different password.
You use your Norton username on your LifeLock account or vice versa.
The old LifeLock app will no longer be accessible. Download the LifeLock Identity app for Android on Google Play or iOS at the App Store.
Your renewal date and renewal price will not change as a result of this. However, your billing schedule may have changed. We will always send you a pre-billing notification prior to the billing event. In addition to keeping all your existing features, we've added a new Two-Factor Authentication option as a second layer of protection on top of your password.
For members who previously were on the LifeLock™ Ultimate plan, you have been upgrade to the LifeLock™ Ultimate Plus plan at no additional cost and will enjoy the following additional features:

Yes, all account settings and preferences have been preserved and are viewable in your new member website and mobile app. You won't need to re-enter information such as bank accounts, credit cards, alert settings, or answers to security questions.
From the main Identity dashboard, hover over your name in the top right corner, select Manage My Subscriptions from the drop-down list, and then click the Billing Information tab.
