When you purchase a Norton protection, we ensure it is supported in the country associated with your Norton account. Certain features and offerings are not available in all regions. However, if the protection is available in your country, but you are unable to activate it, you may need to update the Country/Region information on your Norton account. Follow the steps below to update your account and use your new protection.
Go to the Account Settings page.
Next to Name, address, and mobile phone, click the Edit icon.
Update your correct Country/Region and then click Update.
Sign out of your Norton account.
Retry activating the product key again with the same steps as mentioned in the retail card.
