Message: "Enter your PIN code" appears when accessing Norton Security Online included with Xfinity Internet

This issue occurs when you are prompted to "Enter your PIN code" after logging into your Norton account.

This means that you may have already created a Norton account for a previous Norton solution provided by Xfinity Internet. Sign in with the Norton account credentials you previously created.

If you cannot remember the credentials to the Norton account you have associated with Xfinity Internet, please have your Norton PIN available and contact Member Services and Support for assistance at 877-272-7149.
