Message: "Could not run due to maintenance being performed on your online backup account" appears on my Norton product

This problem can occur if you have not updated to the latest version of the Norton product.

Find the version number of your product

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. In the Norton product main window, on the top-right, click Help.

  3. In the Help Center window, under General Information, click About.

    Make a note of the version number. It is displayed in the format: 22.x.x.xx
