I have problem purchasing Norton products from Korea Norton Online Store


  • This document describes how to fix Internet Explorer security settings for placing an order from Korea Norton Online Store. Internet Explorer is recommended for placing an order.

How to set Internet Explorer as the default browser?

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. Click the gear icon > Internet Options.

  3. On the Programs tab, click Make default.

  4. Click Apply and then click OK.

  5. Close Internet Explorer.

Change security settings of Internet Explorer

    If you are using Internet Explorer to place an order from Korea Norton Online Store, and the page not responding for a long while, try to change the security settings of Internet Explorer, then retry to purchase the Norton products.

  1. Open Internet Explorer.

  2. Click the gear icon > Internet Options.

  3. On the Security tab, click Internet >, lower down the security level to Medium, uncheck Enable Protected Mode option.

  4. Click Trusted sites > Sites, in the Add this Web site to the zone box type https://www.nortonstore.kr/, click Add > Close.

  5. On the Advanced tab, click Restore advanced settings > OK.

  6. Click OK if The current security settings will put your computer at risk message shown.

  7. Press F5 to refresh the page and retry to purchase.

    After completing the payment, put a check in Enable Protected Mode which has been disabled on Step 3.
