Cannot sign in to the Norton WiFi Privacy app after updating it on iPhone or iPad

To fix this problem, uninstall and reinstall the Norton WiFi Privacy app.

STEP 1

Uninstall Norton WiFi Privacy

  1. On the Home screen, tap and hold on the Norton WiFi Privacy icon until it jiggles.

  2. In the top-left corner of the app icon, tap X.

  3. Tap Delete to confirm.

  4. Restart your device.

STEP 2

Download and install Norton WiFi Privacy

  1. On your iOS device, launch App Store.

  2. Search for 'Norton WiFi Privacy', and then select Norton WiFi Privacy VPN app from the search results.

  3. Tap Get, and then tap Install.

  4. When the download finishes, from the Home screen, tap the Norton WiFi Privacy icon to launch the app.

  5. Read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and then tap Agree & Continue.

  6. At the bottom of the Norton WiFi Privacy app screen, tap I already have a subscription.

  7. Enter your Norton account email address and password, and then tap Sign In.

    Norton WiFi Privacy is now activated and ready to use.
