Message: "We cannot complete your order..." when upgrading Norton WiFi Privacy subscription

This problem happens if you have purchased your current single-seat Norton WiFi Privacy subscription from Norton Online Store, and try to upgrade the product. Currently we do not support automatic upgrading of your product.

If you want to upgrade your Norton WiFi Privacy subscription, contact Norton Support, or you can get another Norton WiFi Privacy subscription from the AppStore or Google Play.
