Message: "A problem was detected with an add-in and it has been disabled" when you open Microsoft Outlook

To resolve this problem, enable the disabled plug-ins.

Enable the plug-in

  1. On the error message, click View Disabled Add-ins.

  2. In the Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin window, select the disabled plug-in which mentions Because this plug-in Outlook is slowing down.

  3. Click Always enable this plug-in.

  4. Restart Outlook.
