Norton Core setup stuck at "Starting up" screen

This problem can happen if the Norton Core app fails to connect to Norton Core router. Make sure that you have enabled Bluetooth on your mobile device.

If the problem persists, do the following:

Restart Norton Core router

  1. Turn off and unplug the Norton Core router.

  2. Wait for at least 60 seconds.

  3. Plug-in and turn on the Norton Core router.

    You can now launch the Norton Core app on your mobile device, and continue with the Norton Core setup.
