Enable or disable Norton Shopping Guarantee

To enable the Norton Shopping Guarantee, you should enable Norton Safe Search on the Google Chrome browser. If the Safe Search feature is disabled, you receive a prompt to enable Safe Search on the Google Chrome browser.

If you want to enable Norton Safe Search at a later time, click Remind Me Later. If you do not want the notification alert to appear, click Don't ask me again.

Enable the Norton Shopping Guarantee

  1. Click the Norton Shopping Guarantee icon present on the Norton toolbar, and click Enable.

  2. On the Sign in pop-up window, click Sign In.

    If the user chooses to skip the sign-in process, the Norton Shopping Guarantee feature will still be enabled. However, the guarantees need to be registered manually.

  3. Enter the Norton account credentials and click Sign In.

  4. After sign-in, the user receives a success message confirming the Norton Shopping Guarantee feature has been enabled.

You can disable Norton Shopping Guarantee if you do not want to be eligible for the purchase guarantee. To disable Norton Shopping Guarantee completely, you need to disable Norton Shopping Guarantee and sign out of Norton. However, you can still file claims on your previous eligible purchases by visiting the Norton Shopping Guarantee website.

Disable the Norton Shopping Guarantee

  1. Click the Norton Shopping Guarantee icon on the Norton toolbar, and click Disable.

  2. In the Are you Sure? window, click Disable.

  3. In the Success window, click Close.

To avail the benefits of Norton Shopping Guarantee, you need to enroll again into the Norton account.
