Your device is not listed under Assign Devices when you create a new user profile

This problem can happen if you have not enabled management settings for a device. To fix this problem, enable management setting for your device in Norton Core app.

Configure Norton Core

  1. From the Home screen, launch the Norton Core app.

  2. On the top-left corner, tap the menu icon, and then tap Devices.

  3. From the list of devices, select the device that you want to change the settings for.

  4. Next to Managed, tap the status indicator to turn on management for the device.

  5. Exit device settings.

    Your device is now available to add to a user profile.
