Message: "Authentication Required" appears when you restore or delete backed up files from Norton Secure Cloud Storage

This message appears when you want to restore or delete your backed-up files from Norton Secure Cloud Storage. With the implementation of enhanced authentication methods with the latest Norton products, you are required to use the Norton account credential that was used to buy or renew you subscription.

Sign in to Norton account

  1. In the Authentication Required window, click OK.

  2. In the Subscription window, type in your Norton account password.

  3. Click Sign In.
