Message: "No Network Detected" in Norton WiFi Privacy

This problem can happen if Norton WiFi Privacy fails to establish a connection with the VPN gateway due to incorrect VPN settings.

To fix this problem, uninstall and reinstall the Norton WiFi Privacy app.


Uninstall Norton WiFi Privacy

  1. On the Home screen, tap and hold on the Norton WiFi Privacy icon until it jiggles.

  2. In the top-left corner of the app icon, tap X to delete it.

  3. Tap Delete to confirm.


Reinstall Norton WiFi Privacy

  1. From the Home screen, launch App Store.

  2. In the search box, type the following:

    Norton WiFi Privacy

  3. From the search results, select Norton WiFi Privacy.

  4. Tap Free, and then tap Install App.

    If you see a prompt to authenticate, type your Apple account password.
