Message: "Norton Internet Security Online is not active because your service provider has canceled your Norton subscription" when I activate my Norton product

This message is displayed when you click on Register instead of entering the PIN number in the service activation web portal.

Reactivate your Norton product

  1. Make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet.

  2. Start your Norton product.

  3. In the Norton product window, on the bottom-right corner, click Activate Now.

  4. In the Service Activation window enter your PIN and click Activate.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  6. When the 'Activation complete!' message appears, your Norton product is successfully activated.
