Norton Family does not report any activity and the Norton Family system tray icon is missing on my Windows 10 computer

Norton Family silently installs the available updates for the Norton Family client on your computer and requires a computer restart to complete the installation. Until the installation is complete, Norton Family does not monitor or report the activities of your child on that computer.

To fix this problem, exit all the programs and restart your computer.
