I cannot use the premier features even after I upgrade to Norton Family Premier on my Android device

To fix this problem, you need to refresh and sync your Norton Family subscription status with the subscription server.

Refresh your Norton Family subscription status

  1. Launch the Norton Family app.

  2. In the top-left corner, tap the menu icon to view the options, and then tap Parent Sign In.

  3. Type your parent email address and password and then tap Sign In.

  4. In the top-left corner, tap the menu icon to view the options, and then tap Settings.

  5. In the Settings screen, tap Norton subscription.

  6. If the Service status is shown as Norton Family Basic, tap Refresh.

    Norton Family app synchronizes with the subscription server and displays the correct subscription status.
