I cannot join an existing HomeGroup in Windows network after I install my Norton product

This issue occurs when the trust level of the devices in your network or HomeGroup have changed after you install your Norton product. If the computer is already a part of your home network, you need to change the trust level of the network computer to join the existing homegroup. If the computer is not a part of the existing network, you need to manually add the computer as a trusted device.
