Message: "Backup Failed - Please try again later or Not enough space" in Norton Mobile Security

This problem can be a temporary one due to our servers undergoing maintenance. Please run the Contact Backup after a couple of hours.

If the problem persists, delete some of the previous backups from the Norton Mobile Security website to free-up space for fresh backups.

Delete previous contact backups

  1. Sign in to the Norton Mobile Security website using your email address and password.

  2. Under My Mobile Devices, select your device.

  3. Select Backup.

  4. Under Your Backups, contact backups for the device are displayed. Select a previous backup, and then click View.

    Make sure that the backup is no longer needed and safe to delete.

  5. Under the backup that you selected, click the trash icon to delete it.

  6. Click OK to confirm.

  7. Repeat lines 4 and 5 to delete more backups that are no longer needed.

    After clearing up the old backups, you can backup your contacts from your mobile device.
