If you have purchased the product from a Walmart store, please return to it to a Walmart store with the receipt, and ask to validate your product purchase. For information, read Walmart's return policy.
If you have already validated your purchase with the retailer and continue to have problems, you can contact Norton Support with the purchase details for further assistance.
If you cannot validate your product purchase, you can purchase a new product from the Norton Online Store.
