Ordering a product or subscription from Norton Online Store using Online Banking or Wire Transfer

Norton Online Store offers Online Banking and Wire Transfer payment options for a variety of countries and currencies. Both these payment methods require processing time between when the order is placed and payment is made, and when the order is completed and the purchased product is delivered.

Wire Transfer

  • For the orders that are placed on Norton Online Store using Wire Transfer or Bank Transfer, the expected processing time is up to two weeks.

    When you place your order choosing Online Banking payment method, you are directed to your bank's website to log on and complete the payment. After the payment is submitted, it can take up to four working days for the payment to be processed and the order to be completed. After your order is completed, you receive an email notification with further instructions on how to download your product or synchronize your subscription.

Online Banking

  • For the orders that are placed on Norton Online Store using Online Banking, the expected processing time is up to 48 hours.

    When you place your order choosing Online Banking payment method, you are directed to your bank's website to log on and complete the payment. After the payment is submitted it can take up to four working days for the payment to be processed and the order to be completed. After your order is completed, you receive an email notification with further instructions on how to download your product or synchronize your subscription.
