Error: "Backup failed (A2218)" when I back up my files using Norton Online Backup

This problem may occur if a file from the backup set is not present in its previous location when Norton Online Backup backs up the files or due to an inconsistency within the Windows file system.

To fix this problem, review the list of files and folders in the backup set. Make sure that it does not contain a file or folder that is deleted. If the problem persists, scan your disk for errors.
