Message: "You have fully used your online storage. Please add more storage"

These steps are for the current version of Norton. If you have an older version or if you do not know your product version, go to Norton Update Center.

Norton monitors your backup storage space and notifies you when you need more space. To increase your storage space, delete a backup set that is no longer needed.

Delete a backup set

  1. Start Norton.

  2. Double-click Backup, and then click Backup Sets.

  3. On the Summary tab, in the Backup Set Name drop-down list, select the backup set that you want to delete.

  4. Under Things You Can Do, click Delete backup set.

  5. In the Delete Backup Set window, select Delete backup set option.

  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.

If you are notified that you have no more online storage space, you can purchase additional storage space by following these steps.
