Message: "You have fully used your online storage. Please add more storage" appears when I run backup in my Norton product

The Norton product monitors your backup storage space and notifies you when you need more space.

When you are notified that you have no more online storage space, you can purchase additional storage space by following these steps.

These steps are for the current version of the Norton products. If you have an older version or if you do not know your product version, go to Norton Update Center.

Buy more storage space

  1. Start your Norton product.

  2. Click Backup, and then click More Storage.

    You are redirected to the Norton Online Store for purchase of additional storage.

  3. Follow the on screen instructions.
