Protecting your devices and managing your Norton product is as easy as adding a new device in the Norton Management portal. Follow these instructions to install or reinstall your Norton product registered to your account.
Your Norton account is automatically created when you purchase from the Norton Online Store or register your product during the first installation. If your product is not registered to your account, follow the instructions to download your Norton product not registered to your Norton account.
Follow the below instructions from the device you need to install on by accessing the instructions at www.norton.com/install. You may also find Sending an email with install instructions to a different device helpful.
Go to Norton Management.
Sign in to Norton with your email address and password.
If you have other products available to install on your device you can select thelink under the picture of the product box to install a different product.
Follow the instructions displayed to Run or Save and file. These can be different depending on your browser.
Once the Downloader is executed, your product will be downloaded, installed, and activated automatically. Your device will display its current protection status and additional software can be installed from within Norton Management.
You can send yourself an email with instructions to install your Norton product on a different device through Norton Management.
Log in to your account following the instructions above.
If prompted, choose the operating system of the device you want to send email instructions to.
Enter an email address you can access on your device and click.
An email will be sent to you with instructions, specific to your platform, for adding the device and installing your Norton product. For mobile devices you will be directed to the appropriate App Store. For other devices you will be directed to www.norton.com/setup. Be sure to select from the 'Already activated your key?' section.
