Message: "Contact with the Norton Family server has failed..." when registering Norton Family

Check the date and time on the computer

  1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

  2. Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

    timedate.cpl

  3. Check that the day, month, and year are correct.

    If the date is incorrect, change the calendar to the correct day, month, and year.

  4. Click Apply, and then click OK.
