Error: 110 or (1973,110) "The product identifier supplied is invalid" when I activate a Norton program provided by my service provider

Executing the Download Manager through your service provider's server will update registry entries and may resolve this issue.

Execute the Download Manager

  1. Click the URL provided by your service provider to download the Norton program.

  2. In the Windows download dialog box, click Open.

  3. The Norton Download Manager dialog box opens.

  4. Close the Download Manager box. You do not need to select Start.

  5. Try to activate the software again.
