Error: "Service Canceled" when I activate my Norton product

This message may appear when you activate a Norton product that came from a service provider.

If your Norton product came from your current service provider

  • This error normally appears when you no longer use the service provider who provided you the Norton product.

    If you still use the service provider who provided you the Norton product and you see this error, there may be a backend problem that needs to be addressed.

    Contact your service provider for help activating your Norton product.

If your Norton product is from a service provider that you no longer use

  • If your Norton product has come from a service provider that you no longer use, you must uninstall your Norton product.

    You can purchase a new Norton product from a local retailer or from Norton Online Store.
