Create a user account

Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

In the Run dialog box, type the following text, and then press Enter:
control nusrmgr.cpl

Depending on your version of Windows, do one of the following:
Windows 11

Click Manage another account, and then click Add a new user in PC settings.

In Accounts window, under Other users, click Add account.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Windows 10
-
Click Manage another account, and then click Add a new user in PC settings.

In Accounts window, under Other users, click Add a user or Add someone.

Click Create Account.
Windows 8

Click Manage another account, and then click Add a new user in PC settings.

In the Add a user screen, on the bottom left-hand corner, click Sign in without a Microsoft account. Select the account type as Local account, and continue to fill in all the required information.

Click Create Account.
Windows 7

Click Manage another account, and then click Create a new account.
If User Account Control window appears, click Continue.

Type a name for the account, and then select the account type as Standard.

Click Create Account.
