Submit a website to Norton Safe Web

Norton Safe Web analyzes and rates websites to see how they affect your device. When you see the grey icon next to the search results, it indicates that Norton Safe Web has not analyzed that website. If you are a site owner, you can submit your website for evaluation. If your website is already evaluated by Norton Safe Web and you want to dispute the site rating, submit the website for re-evaluation.

  • If you own a website, you can submit your website to Norton Safe Web for evaluation. For more information, read the section I need to submit a website for evaluation or review.

  • A website is rated as unsafe if it contains threats. You can submit a re-evaluation request for your website if you believe your website is rated incorrectly. For more information, read the section I need to submit a website for evaluation or review.

We are unable to whitelist websites due to security concerns.

I need to submit a website for evaluation or review

  1. Go to Norton Submission Portal.

  2. Enter the URL/website for review and click on Submit.

  3. Enter your suggested website classification.

  4. Add the description of your request.

  5. Click Submit.

    You can verify the website rating status change within 48 hours after the submission on Norton Safe Web website.
