Error: "An open Web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, has been detected..." when I install my Norton product

STEP 1

Exit your web browser

  1. Exit all open web browsers.

  2. Start your Norton product installation again.

    If the problem persists, go to Step 2.

STEP 2

Restart your computer

  1. Restart your computer.

  2. Start your Norton product installation again.
