Message: "Setup cannot complete in Safe Mode..." when I install a Norton product

Restart the computer in normal mode

  1. Exit all programs, and then restart your computer.

  2. If the Windows Advanced Options menu appears during system restart, use the arrow keys to select Normal Mode and then press Enter.

  3. Reinstall your Norton product.
