If the slider is towards and is red, Automatic Renewal service is disabled.

In the My Subscription page, next to the Active Norton product for which you want to enable Automatic Renewal, if the slider is towards ON with a green check, Automatic Renewal is enabled for your subscription.

Your Norton subscription will be automatically renewed during the next billing cycle.
You must fill your billing details to enable Norton Automatic Renewal service.

If you want a refund for your Norton Automatic Renewal charge, contact a Norton Support representative through Norton Chat Support. Keep in mind that you will no longer have the peace of mind that comes with being enrolled in the Norton Automatic Renewal service once you receive a refund.
