Note: Before sending the form, make sure to include:

  • The product return form completed and signed.
  • A photocopy of the product key provided with your product.
    For most products, this is a 25 character key that can be found on the CD envelope or a card in the package you purchased. On Point of Sale cards please provide the PIN Number or Activation Code after revealing it on the back of the card.
  • A photocopy of the product CD.
  • A photocopy of your original receipt on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch piece of paper.
    Send only a photocopy of your original receipt. Do not send a photocopy of your credit card statement.
