Learn more about the Norton Automatic Renewal charge in your Credit card statement

Do you have a Norton Annual Renewal charge on your credit card?

If your credit card shows a similar charge, then you were charged for the Norton Automatic Renewal. This charge extends your Norton product subscription to ensure that you are protected against viruses and other threats.

Enrollment for this service is offered when you buy or renew Norton products. So if you see a charge on your card, you enrolled during a previous purchase with us. Once enrolled, you are billed once a year for as long as you are in the program. We send you an email before we charge you so that you know it is coming. Of course you may cancel Automatic Renewal at any time.

The NortonLifeLock refund policy is applicable for 60 days from the date of purchase. However, we will honor the refund requests that are made outside of this period considering the limited availability of phone and chat support due to COVID-19 outbreak. For more information, read NortonLifeLock refund policy exception due to COVID-19 outbreak.
