After installing your Norton product, you may experience Norton blocking some websites that you previously visited.
Follow the below instructions to help resolve this issue.
With increasing Internet use, your browser is prone to attack by malicious websites. The Safe Web feature in your Norton 360 app and the Norton Safe Web browser extension help block malicious websites and phishing attempts while you browse the web. The rigorous checks we do the help keep you safe can sometimes block a previously-visited website.
Sometimes, turning off and turning on Safe Web can help resolve this issue.
Open your Norton 360 app.
On the left pane, click Security.
Navigate to Advanced Security > Web > Safe Web.
In the Safe Web window, disable the Safe Web switch.
In the confirmation window, click Disable.
After a few seconds, enable it again.
Try accessing the website.
You should now be able to access the website that Safe Web blocked earlier.

If you still are unable to access the website and you are confident that the website is not a threat, then you can submit the URL to Norton for analysis. For instructions, see Submit a file or URL to Norton for review
