If you are signing in from Australia, New Zealand, or the Czech Republic, you may see a new sign-in screen as we roll out a simpler and more secure login experience in your region. Send me a code is now the main way to sign in and sends a one-time passcode to your email address. You can still choose Use password if you prefer to sign in with your Norton password.
If you are signing in from any other region:
Go to my.Norton.com and click Sign In.
Type in your username/email address and click Continue.
For accounts created or linked with an Apple ID, a Google email address, or a Microsoft account, continue using that account to complete the sign-in process.
Type the password and then click Sign In.
If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot password? to set up a new password.
You can also click on Request one-time passcode and the one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You should have updated your mobile number in the Account Settings page to receive the passcode as an SMS on your mobile number.
If you see multiple accounts, select the account that you would like to sign in to and then click Continue. You see this screen if:
You have multiple accounts with the same username but different passwords.
You use your Norton username on your LifeLock account or vice versa.
If you have set up two-factor authentication, enter the code that you received and click Verify.
