Fix problems with Cloud Backup

This problem occurs if you have fully used your online storage or if you do not have enough space for your online backups.

If you have an older version of the Norton product, then you can purchase additional storage.

Purchase additional cloud storage space

  1. Start Norton.

    If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

  2. In the Norton main window, double-click Backup, and then click More Storage.

    Your browser opens to a secure page, on which you can purchase additional cloud storage space.

  3. Follow the instructions on the webpage to purchase additional cloud storage space.
