Find Norton account

If you are a Norton subscriber, you most likely have a Norton account.

You create an account when you purchase from the Norton Online Store, when you install your Norton product, or when you sign up for Norton Family or Norton Password Manager.

If you are a Norton Small Business user, only the account owner has an account to manage the subscription.

To find the account for your purchase, select one of the following:

My Norton product is installed
My Norton product is not installed
