Downloading and installing Norton from a service provider
This document describes how to download and install or reinstall Norton that you subscribed to through your service provider.
If you want to know more about the download process which is not addressed here, please contact your service provider.
If you have received your Norton subscription from Comcast, read Install Norton Security Online from Comcast.
Download and install Norton using Norton account

Log in to your service provider website or locate the email that you were sent when you subscribed to the Norton service.

Sign in to your Norton account.
If you do not have a Norton account, then you will need to go to your service provider page to download the Norton product.

.If you have not registered your Norton product already, click Pin provided by your service provider and click .

Do one of the following depending on your browser:

For Internet Explorer: Click

For Firefox or Safari: On the top-right corner of the browser, click the Download option to view the downloaded files, and click the file that you downloaded.
For Chrome: On the bottom-left corner, click the file that you downloaded.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Download and install Norton on another computer

Some Norton products that come from a Service Provider can be installed on more than one computer at a time. You can also purchase additional licenses if needed or transfer a license from one computer to another.
If your Norton product is installed on a device that you are not using anymore, you can transfer it to another device. For more information, read How to transfer your Norton service to a new device. If your product licenses are used, follow the instructions provided by your service provider to purchase another license.
