You can identify the Norton product installed in your device by looking at the list of app installed.
If you have revoked license from a device, the device is removed from your Norton account and the subscription status is shown as trial. For more information on transferring a license, read Transfer your Norton protection from one device to another device.
On the Windows taskbar, do one of the following:
In Windows 7, click Start > All Programs.
In Window 8, navigate to the Start screen.
In Window 11/10, type Norton in the search box.
In the list of the programs that appears, you can find the Norton app that is installed in your computer. For example, if you have installed Norton 360, you can find Norton 360 in the list of apps.
To find the device name or the version number of the Norton 360 or Norton VPN app, open the Norton app and go to Settings > About.
On the Mac menu bar, right-click the Norton icon.
You can find the Norton app that is installed in your computer from the first option in the shortcut menu that appears. For example, if you have installed Norton 360, you can find Open Norton 360 as the first option in the menu.
