You may not be able to install your Norton 360 app if any conflicting apps are installed on your Mac. To proceed with your Norton 360 app installation, uninstall the conflicting apps from your Mac.
In the error screen, click Cancel Installation and exit from the Norton 360 installer app.
We recommend that you do not click Continue and proceed with the installation, as it may impact your Mac's performance.
On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the dock, then click Applications in the left pane under the Favorites section.
Search and right-click the conflicting app mentioned on the error screen and click Move to Bin.
After completing the uninstall, restart your Mac and install your Norton 360 app again.
