The Norton download link that you used has expired. You cannot install the Norton service.

The Norton download link is valid only for 14 days. You must download the Norton service within 14 days from the date you received the email.

To receive a new download link, click Send another link on the alert message or sign in to your Norton account and send a new download link, or request the sender to send a new email.

If the email is very recent and you believe that the download link should work, contact Member Services and Support with your product key and order information.
