With Notifications, you can configure how you want to manage your Norton device security app alerts and notifications.
Open your Norton device security application.
On the left panel, click Settings, and click the Notifications tab.
You can configure the following settings:
Silence all notifications - Specify the duration using the drop-down list for which you want to stop alerts and notifications from appearing. Your options are: Don’t silence, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, and 24 hours.
To always turn on notifications, select Don’t silence from the drop-down list.
After the specified duration, your Norton app will start displaying the app alerts and notifications. To turn off notifications again, select the duration from the drop-down list.
Send me non-critical app activity alerts – By default, it is enabled. To completely stop receiving non-critical Norton application activity, click the green (ON) slider so that it changes to red (OFF).
Send me promotional notifications - By default, it is enabled. To completely stop receiving notifications about promotional offers for other Norton apps and services, click the green (ON) slider so that it changes to red (OFF).
Send me AI content notifications - By default, it is enabled. To completely stop receiving notifications about AI-generated voices or audio, click the green (ON) slider so that it changes to red (OFF).
Your Notifications settings have now been configured.
