To fix this problem, download Norton Download Manager again and install your Norton product.

Download and run the Norton Download Manager

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. In the My Subscription tab, select the product that you want to download.

  3. Click Download.

  4. In the Get Started window, click Agree and Download.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to Run or Save the downloaded file. These can be different depending on your browser. If you save the file, make sure that you double-click the file from the saved location after the download is completed.

  5. If a security warning or confirmation window appears, click Run, OK, or Continue.

    Follow the on-screen instructions.

Additional information

  • When you start the download, the Norton Download Manager icon is placed on your desktop. If your download is canceled or interrupted, double-click the Norton Download Manager icon to resume the download.

  • Norton Download Manager automatically installs your product. If it does not, click the Norton Download Manager icon on your desktop.

  • When you purchase a downloadable product from the Norton Online store, you have the opportunity to download immediately after your order is completed. If you have closed this window, or you need to download your product on a different computer or at a later date, you can do so by going to your Norton account.
