Norton account doesn't load after sign in

To fix the issue, clear the browser history, cache, and cookies. For detailed steps, choose one of the following depending on your browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Start Google Chrome.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon, and click Settings.

  3. Under Privacy and security, click Clear browsing data.

  4. Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and file.

  5. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Start Mozilla Firefox.

  2. On the top-right corner, click the Open menu icon, and click History.

  3. Click Clear recent history....

  4. In the Time range to clear drop-down, select Everything.

  5. Select all options, and click OK.

Safari

  1. Start Safari.

  2. From the menu bar, click Safari > Preferences.

  3. On the Privacy tab, click Manage Website Data, and then click Remove All.

  4. Click Remove Now to confirm.
