Find out what to do if prompted to renew your Norton subscription
If your Norton subscription has expired, you need to renew your protection by completing the renewal purchase. You can also renew your subscription using a product key or renewal code that you purchased or obtained. For more information, read Renew your Norton subscription.
To renew your subscription

Sign in to your account.

In the My Subscriptions tab, click next to the subscription that you want to renew.
If you have upgraded your existing Norton service, you must uninstall the existing service from your computer and download and install the upgraded Norton service.
If you renewed your Norton subscription or purchased a new subscription recently, but notice that the product prompts you to renew, do the following:

Check the Norton service that is installed on your computer. For more information, read Identify the Norton service in your device.

Activate the Norton service using the correct product key or renewal code. The product key or renewal code for your Norton service can be found in your Norton account. For more information, read Find your Norton product or service order details.

If the product key or renewal code does not belong to the Norton service that is installed on your device, do the following:

Download and install the correct Norton service. Read Downloading and installing your Norton service for more details.
