Reset your NortonLifeLock account password

If you do not remember your account password, you can set a new password for your account.

If you have received a notification that your account password has been changed but the change was not authorized, immediately reset your password and contact Member Services and Support.

Reset your password

  1. Open your browser and go to Forgot Password page.

  2. In the Trouble signing in? page, enter your email address. Make sure that the email address you enter is the same as the one that you used to make your purchase or to create your account.

  3. Click Continue.

    NortonLifeLock sends you an email with reset password instructions to your email address.

    If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes check your spam or junk folders. You may not receive a recovery email if there is no account under that email address. The password recovery emails from NortonLifeLock have the following details:

    • From: no-reply@nortonlifelock.com

    • Subject: Trouble signing in to your NortonLifeLock account?

    If you still cannot locate the email, then you might have used a different email to create your account. If your email account is not active, you need to create a new account or contact Member Services and Support.

  4. Open the email and click the Recover Account button.

    If your email account is not active, contact us at Member Services and Support.

  5. Type a new password for your account.

  6. Click Update Password.

  7. Click Continue to access your account.
