Your Norton product can display incorrect subscription days for many reasons. Some of the common scenarios are listed below, select the solution that best describes your situation.

If you have not purchased a renewal or an upgrade from the expiration notice, the days from your old subscription will not be added to the new subscription. For more help contact Member Services and Support.
